For almost 40 years we have been dealing with the regeneration of engines and engine parts. We currently offer services for the reconditioning of heads, crankshafts, blocks and connecting rods. The range of engines we service ranges from single-cylinder motorbike engines to engines up to 13,000 cc. We deal with the preparation of engines for motorsport - amateur and professional. Machining processes in engines for motorsport applications should be carried out in a detailed manner both in terms of narrowing the dimensional tolerances and the methods and technical solutions used.

DZIAK Heavy Duty Engines service was established to provide professional service to customers remanufacturing engines with capacities between 13,000 and 120,000 cc. Newly acquired, CNC-controlled machine tools dedicated to machining this type of engine parts enable the regeneration process to be carried out professionally.
